You will receive a text message from from your therapist when they are approximately 20 minutes away.

Select a room with enough space for the massage table (about 6x8 feet of clear space).

Ensure the room is warm and comfortable, as your body temperature may drop slightly during the massage.

Minimize distractions. Silence or put your phone on Do Not Disturb mode. Let household members know you’ll be having a session to avoid interruptions.

If you have pets, consider keeping them in another room to maintain a relaxing atmosphere.
